Allstar Bouncy Castles ensure that we only use professionally built Castles for hiring. Our Castles are specifically built for commercial purposes - they are not light play Castles that can be purchased from many retail shops. These light play Castles are being hired out by less reputable companies, however, they are not suitable for hiring and can easily rip or split which can result in injuries.
Our full range of Castles are under 3 years old and have all been manufactured by PIPA registered Bouncy Castle Manufacturers. It should be noted that any Castle in our range is inspected upon return from Hire to ensure that the quality and safety of the Inflatable is still very good prior to hiring the castle out again.
On arrival at your premises we will issue you with a set of terms and conditions that you must read carefully and then sign.
On signing the terms and conditions of the Castle we will also supply you with a safety sheet to read and keep, and also spend time explaining the safety aspects of the equipment. Once our operator leaves the site, the responsibility for the supervision of the Inflatable/Castle and the safety of the users rest with the hirer.
It should also be noted that we do have full public liability insurance.
