| How do I reserve a Bouncy Castle from You? |

| How and when do I pay? |
Payment must be made in cash and must be made on delivery of the Bouncy Castle.
A price list is available under our Hiring Information Page. |
| How much room do I need to site the Bouncy Castle? |
You will need to add a minimum of 3 feet around the perimeter of the Inflatable (for example: With a 12ftx14ft Bouncy Castle you would need a clear space (No trees etc) of 15ft by 17ft. |
| How much room do you need to bring the Inflatable in? |
It depends on the size of the Inflatable, generally a standard walk through gate is fine as the Inflatable will be rolled up and moved by means of a sack truck. We usually say that as long as a person can comfortably walk through, a bouncy castle should also go through.
We sometimes get asked whether we can take the Inflatable through the house, although we prefer using a side or rear entrance due to the size and weight of the Bouncy Castle, if this is what you require we will need to discuss this with you during the reservation and find a suitable inflatable if possible. |
| How long can I have the Bouncy Castle for? |
The Bouncy Castle will be hired to you for the day. The Castle will be delivered to you in the morning and picked up late afternoon/evening. We will attempt to be as flexible as possible with delivery and collection times, although a alot will depend upon how many Castles we have hired out on that day.
We also get asked whether Castles can be kept overnight, we do allow Castles to be hired overnight and over various time periods (ie 2 day hire), however, this is only possible if the castle is stored in a locked area overnight. It should be noted that Allstar Bouncy Castles have the right to cancel the overnight portion of any event at any time if we have reason to believe that the property is at risk of damage or theft.
If the Bouncy Castle is hired overnight, we would also like to highlight that you will be responsible for the safe keep of the inflatable at all times and we recommend that you check that you are covered on your house hold insurance. |
| Can Adults Use the Inflatable? |
The simple answer is NO (unless the Inflatable hired is specifically an Adult Bouncy Inflatable). It is not approved under the Health and Safety guidelines and also the insurance company. Any damage caused and you will be liable.
The Bouncy Castles can only be used by 11 year olds and younger. |
| Can I collect the Bouncy Castle Myself? |
NO - we have operators that are trained to transport, setup and take down the inflatables, any deviation from this would invalidate our public liability insurance |
| What if I need to cancel the booking? |
This is not a problem and as we do not take deposits you will not lose anything and we do not charge cancellation fees, although, we do ask that you give us as much notice as you can if you are going to cancel so that we can try to re-hire the inflatable. |
| What type of Surface do I need? |
Grass is always the safest although we do cater for indoor halls, please contact us if you have any other surface. |
| When will the inflatable be delivered and collected? |
At Allstar Bouncy Castles we try to be as flexible as possible and fit in with the customer, although we usually try to deliver between 8am and 10am and collect between 5.30pm and 7.00pm. |
| How long does it take to setup and take down? |
It takes between 15-25 minutes to setup and between 30-40 minutes to take down |
| What do I need to do on the day? |
Our Operator will require clear access to where you would like the Inflatable situated (bare in mind the inflatable will be transported by means of a trolley).
Ensure there is an electrical point free to plug in the Blower. |
| Does it need electricity? |
Yes, we usually bring a 25ft extension cord with us (please advise if you need a longer extension) so please ensure there is an electrical outlet near to the setup area. The blower will need to run continuously and will use approximately £0.18 of electricity per hour. |
| Can I switch the blower off when the party finishes? |
Yes, just switch off the power and disconnect the extension cord from the socket. It should be noted that the Inflatable will deflate quickly so ensure that there is nobody on the inflatable when you switch it off. |
| How many children can fit in a bouncy castle? |
This will depend upon the size of castle, the size and age of the children, generally speaking with a 12ft by 14ft Castle you would fit between 6-10 children depending on size and age. |
| What if it rains? |
Unfortunately we are unable to control the weather and therefore we offer wet weather cancellation on our equipment. If it is raining or forecast to rain on the morning of your event, we will try to contact you (approx. 8am-9am) prior to leaving our premises. Although our castles come with rain covers, we do recommend that if it rains during the event, firstly you get everybody off the castle, switch off the power and cover the equipment with the sheet provided. Do not use the equipment in wet or windy conditions as it can become dangerous and increase the chances of having an accident. |
| Can the Bouncy Castle be Inflated indoors? |
Yes, depending upon the size of the venue. We would need the dimensions of the venue to confirm whether it is possible (Length, Width and height of the venue without obstructions). |
| Do you have insurance? |
Yes, we have public liability insurance |
| How far in advance do I need to order? |
We usually recommend between 3-5 weeks in advance of your party. All units are booked on a first come first served basis. |
| My Party is Tomorrow, can I still hire a bouncy castle? |
It may be possible, you would need to contact us for availability |
| My garden slopes - will it be alright? |
It depends on the angle of the slope, if it is only a slight slope then it should not be a problem. At Allstar Bouncy Castles, safety is paramount and therefore if it is more than a slight slope, then we may not be able to setup in that location. The Operator may request an alternative location. |
| Will your Operator Carry ID? |
Yes, the operator will have a business card on them which will be presented to you on arrival? |
